“Glassworks” was the name of the hot glass studio which ran from 1981 till 1990 – based first in Edinburgh City centre then at Eskmills in Musselburgh. It was a production workshop making functional ware such as wine glasses, scent bottles, vases, bowls etc. Alongside these exhibition and one-off pieces were also made.
