I’ve just rediscovered my personal website and rebooted it. It is a work in progress, and as I get to grips with the shiny new tools, I hope to display recent and archive works.

RSA 2017
Selected for this years RSA Open Exhibition one of “The Collectors Axes” prints, titled “Pool Stone” currently being shown in the Orkney Museum as part of the “Conversations with Magic Stones” exhibiton. RSA runs until 01.10.17 at the RSA Edinburgh. Orkney Exhibition until 30.09.17

The Collectors Axes

This work forms part of “The Collectors Axes” it is housed in a vintage wooden box made from mahogany. The box has the name of ‘Mathiesons of Edinburgh’ printed on the inside of the lid. Mathieson was a tool makers, specialising in plane and edge tools, established in 1792, they had workshops in both Edinburgh …
Axe Project Print
Now complete the last in the print editions for the Orkney Stone Tool project. This is the largest of the prints. This eight colour screenprinted image measures 60 x 35 cms approximately and will be available in the project exhibitions “Conversations with Magic Stones” from mid June to late September 2017.
